Exclusive Residency with Two-Michelin-starred Chef Kazuyuki Tanaka

Lutetia Paris is delighted to welcome, for the first time in Paris, the pop-up restaurant of Chef Kazuyuki Tanaka, the two-Michelin-starred chef behind the acclaimed Racine in Reims. His exclusive residency at Salon Saint-Germain will run from March 13 to April 3, 2025.

Born into a family of chefs in Fukuoka, Japan, where the art of cooking was a way of life, he was immersed in the passion and discipline of the kitchen from a young age, naturally developing a deep connection to gastronomy. Eager to perfectionate himself and push his boundaries, he left Japan to refine his skills in France, training under some of the country’s most esteemed chefs.
