Since his childhood, the kitchen has been a warm and convivial space for Patrick Charvet, a place for generational transmission and an infinite world of knowledge. The spirit of generosity is a source of motivation for him: "Being a chef is above all about cultivating a positive mindset and constantly motivating the young people who come to learn and who will be the future bearers of this tradition." It's this philosophy that the Chef strives to convey in his gourmet, delicate, and generous menus, which are renewed seasonally at Brasserie Lutetia.
Hotel Lutetia - Patrick Charvet
Since 2018, Patrick Charvet has been the Executive Chef at Brasserie Lutetia, bringing life to the heart of the Left Bank. His menu, inspired by the great classics of brasserie cuisine, offers refined, modern, and gourmet dishes, each marked with his personal touch. Among his creations are the "Lobster and French Fries" roasted with cognac and topped with a homemade bisque, and the delicious "Sole Meunière with capers and fine herbs."

Sea Food Bar

In the grand tradition of Parisian brasseries, the seafood counter at Brasserie Lutetia offers a unique experience for shellfish and crustacean enthusiasts. Take a seat at the counter and watch the seafood platters being prepared by our own shellfish peeler, while enjoying the view of Brasserie Lutetia's open kitchens.
