- Rate / Tax info : Best available rates in our booking engine are based on double occupancy and are quoted in euros (inclusive of VAT and excluding a 14.95 euros city tax charge per person per night. Starting from January 1st, 2025 the city tax will be 15.60 euros.)
- Offer conditions : Offer may not be used in conjunction with other offers or negotiated rates. Direct booking benefits do not apply.
- Breakfast – (if applicable) : Breakfast is served in the Brasserie, a tray charge may be applicable should you wish to order an in-room breakfast.
- LOS : Minimum length of stay is 1 night, if a stay is shortened the rates will change to the best flexible rate. Your stay should be booked at least 10 days prior to your arrival.
- Pre-Payment : When booking The Set Save and Switch, a non-refundable total deposit is taken at the time of booking.
- Cancellation Policy : Your booking is non-refundable but can be modified an unlimited number of times, for a stay date up to 12 months after the original arrival date.
- LOS : Minimum length of stay is four nights, if a stay is shortened the rates will change to the best flexible rate. Your stay should be booked at least 1 day prior to your arrival.
- Pre-Payment : From Grand Superior Room to Grand Josephine Baker Suite – no deposit is required. For the other suites, one night deposit is required at the time of booking.
- Cancellation Policy :
- From Grand Superior Room to Grand Suite Littéraire – no charge if cancelled by 3 p.m, one day prior to arrival.
- For Suite Parisienne, Joséphine Baker Suite, Grand Joséphine Baker Suite, Appartement Saint-Germain by Coppola, Appartement Eiffel, Appartement Rive Gauche and Grand Appartement Rive Gauche – cancellations are possible free of charge up to 72 hours before check-in.
- In case of a no-show or late cancellation, a one-night charge will apply.
